We are children of God first, ministers to people second, leaders third.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age." - Matt 28:19-20

We accomplish this by living out our values. We gather to provide experiences, worship opportunities that are meaningful, practical, and fun; so that we might engage the community around us, being "salt and light" as the Body of Christ.

On our website, we tell people to expect "Friendly people, great coffee, awesome music & weekly teachings that are practical, understandable, relatable and funny…. You can also expect to smile & be glad you came.."

We've been at this for a couple weeks now.

Has the general condition changed from your perspective?

How do you feel we are doing?

Does our documentation reflect our actions? (bylaws vs behaviors)

We can't outgive God.

We are tracking -$1775 for the month.

We can't do life alone.

We said we were going to start reaching out to the fringes.

What has been the outcome?

Growing people change.

Sunday Experience - proposing clearing the two back and front windows in auditorium for more natural lighting.

Proposing shutting off auditorium breakers until we're back in the black.

Use our current financial situation as an opportunity to teach partnership, "Commisionnal Discipleship"

Found people find people.

ELT - Additional members needed?

Saved people serve people.

Clarity in roles and expectations according to bylaws.

We are not serving people by keeping them uninformed. When are people going to be informed of who does what?
